Kandis Johnson

 

     In the midst of cleaning houses since 2006 in the Beverly Hills, MI area, I never thought that one day I would own my own company. As a teenager, being clean was always taught in our household, we ate, slept, breathed cleanliness.

 

    The business was inspired by my mother, who was the first to believe in me and gave me the confidence to start my own business. I thought why not cleaning is what I'm good at. I was raised by my aunt, who owned her own cleaning company. so, again cleaning became a part of my daily routine.

 

     Luxury Cleaning & Décor, LLC begin in 2016. While working at Rescare Home Care as an IHA (In-home aide), motivated me to start the business right away, after seeing a drastic need. This was something I enjoyed doing for others! The smiles on our clients faces, the accolades that they would give, the appreciation that was recieved from help nobody else cared to do, made it all worth doing. My passion has always been to serve others. I was finally blessed with opportunity to do something that I enjoy, so I took it and ran with the drive! Not only do I get to make my own schedule and be my own boss, but most importantly, I get to spend more time with my children and family.

 

     My goal is to manage a company that serve anyone that needs our assistance, and to satisfy their needs. I wanted to do something for others that would help take off a load, as I know, it is hard to maintain a job, home, children, bills, and other things we call life.

 

With the knowledge, education and resources, I want to start young adults off with the perception that you can make it in life, if you work hard at what you want in life. My desire and passion is far beyond an expectation to clean, but to meet and connect with people who have hope and similar interests.
